This major event brings together influential leaders from Black communities in Canada several countries in Africa countries West Indies and France, Latin America and the United States. Our collective mission : catalyzing the economic strength of Black communities creating strong ties for resilient and prosperous communities.
The activities on offer are designed to inspire, educate and connect participants, with a particular focus on economic development and social development. Together, Afro-descendants and Africans will transcend borders to leverage synergies in economic integration, entrepreneurship and policy, innovation, and sciences.

The theme
The mango tree a symbol of life, stability and prosperity, perfectly reflects the diversity and strength of Black communities around the world. This theme highlights the potential of collective initiatives to nurture the ambitions of Black nations and Afro-descendants. Like the mango tree, which thrives in the most fertile environments, the FEIN explores concrete strategies for strengthening the economic influence and encourage sustainable and inclusive growth.
The choice of mango common to the West Indies and certain regions ofAfrica symbolically links the world’s Black communities, while reflecting their diversity, represented by the different varieties and colors of this fruit.

We are honored to introduce our two co-chairs, prominent figures in the international community committed to promoting black economic development. Their leadership embodies the very essence of this year's theme: collective growth and strengthening ties between Afro-descendants around the world.
